Shipping and Return policy

PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 1-15 business days after the order is placed. Your tracking number will be available in your email once your package has shipped. The package will ship in 3-5 business days once scanned by USPS.

Once your package is shipped out, we are not responsible for it once in USPS’s facility. NO RETURNS ON LIPGLOSS OR FACIAL CARE PRODUCTS. FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

DELIVERED: The customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact USPS! If your package has been stolen, please contact USPS to have them reimburse you. Once the package has shipped, we are no longer responsible or liable for that package. The customer is responsible for putting the correct address at checkout. Please add “Route Package Protection” to your order for guaranteed protection.

RETURNED PACKAGE: If your package gets returned back to us due to invalid address, your order will be refunded. (not shipping)

We don't offer returns, all sales are final. However, we offer replacements and refunds if necessary. Refunds happen at owners discretion! Once an order is placed, we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

If you've made a mistake with an order, you can email us within 1 hour after that purchase. We can’t promise to deliver it to the right address for changing the address isn’t always convenient for us. After that time frame, we no longer accept changes or refunds in orders.  We do ship most orders within the same day the order is placed, so please make sure your information is correct before completing your purchase.
